Chef Edward Diacono hails from the Diacono family that live and breathe food and catering! Edward took to cooking from a young age preparing sumptuous dishes for family occasions out of his mother’s kitchen!
Edward studied Food Production and Supervisory Skills at ITS, and has trained and worked under the auspices of Chef Patron Michael Diacono for the past year. Edward also spent a year on secondment in the UK working with one of London’s busiest airport hotel kitchens.
